Should I buy Samsung Galaxy S6 or S6 edge?
These days there are huge number of reviews and thoughts about the smartphones and people get confused what should they buy and what not to? Well, you can decide this easily if you know what you are really looking for. Samsung Galaxy S6 is the latest smartphone that samsung has launched, and It is an amazing phone, but along with the pros it has some cons as well. Here we are going to discuss.
Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 edge both are on 64 bit architecture that means device should be faster. It also has more than enough RAM (3GB). Display is great high resolution 1440 x 2560 pixels. Both the model has Exynos 7420 Octa core processor which is not really a true octa core processor but combination of two Quad core (Quad-core 1.5 GHz Cortex-A53 & Quad-core 2.1 GHz Cortex-A57).
Samsung has also improved the camera so you can take better pictures with 16 megapixels rear camera and 5 megapixels secondary camera. Display size is 5.1 inches which is not the best but fair enough.
Here are some reasons why I resold Samsung Galaxy S6 after some days of use:
The top first reason was the battery. The battery sucks! I want samsung to recreate the video that Samsung made for other devices: “Galaxy S 5 — Wall Huggers.” I hope you remember, and if you don’t, watch it below:
Now everyone with Samsung Galaxy S6 is a big time Wall Hugger. You can’t even keep spare battery to change it when it gets discharged. When you travel with this, Power bank is essential. I won’t say iPhone 6 is great in terms of battery, but yes iPhone 6 Plus is the best in terms of battery.
I was using Apple iPhone 6 plus and it’s resolution is 1080X1920, though Samsung Galaxy S6 has far better resolution, I can’t say it beats iPhone 6 Plus display. So Samsung killed the tech specs of a smaller display with higher resolution. By the way, I have never seen any movie on my laptop which has more than 1080 pixels resolution, I am not sure why mobile companies are going up and up and up…….. What is the use of that much resolution?
Are you a gamer lover and wants to Play game on Samsung Galaxy S6? iPhone 6 and 6 plus beats Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 edge in gaming experience. BGR.Com has also published the performance test of Samsung Galaxy S6, iPhone 6, Nexus 6 and HTC One M9 and you can see below.
The Overall performance of each devices are as follows
Now you can understand why I was forced to keep my iPhone 6 Plus and sale Galaxy S6 in few days. Here you can say that iPhone 6 series is also the best gaming smartphone. Why the performance goes bad even after the more RAM, great resolution and Octa Core Processor? I don’t understand as well, but after all performance matters.
