Samsung Galaxy Mega On was spotted on Antutu a couple of weeks ago with the model number SM-G6000, and now it got exposed on Geekbench 3.
According to Geekbench 3 detail Samsung Galaxy Mega On (SM-G6000) would feature 1GB RAM and 1.4 GHz quad-core processor. It would be running on Android Lollipop 5.1.1 OS. It scored 460 in single-core performance, and 1367 in multi-core.
It was rumored that SM-G6000 model would features Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 410 SoC, but I don’t think this chip can go beyond 1.2 GHz Chipset.
Snapdragon 410 CPU : Quad-core ARM Cortex A53 at up to 1.2 GHz per core 32-bit and 64-bit capable.
So Galaxy Mega On would probably feature Snapdragon 412 SoC that can reach up to 1.4 GHz speed with support of 64-bit architecture (if geekbench report is true). Samsung Galaxy Mega On is expected to arrive with HD display, 13-megapixel rear and 5-megapixel front camera, 8GB ROM (expandable with card storage) etc..
Update : We have found some smartphones with Snapdragon 410 SoC that is running at 1.4 GHz clock speed, but it’s not clear on Qualcomm’s official website. So Geekbench 3 report should be correct, and Samsung Galaxy Mega On would feature Snapdragon 410 SoC.
