Xiaomi MiPad is a 7.9-inch tablet that looks like Apple’s iPad mini, but just two major difference that iPad has a metal body and run on iOS, but Xiaomi MiPad has a plastic body and customized Android 4.4 OS called MIUI. According to CNET the new User Interface perfectly resembles iOS7.
As far as technical specification is concerned, It seems Xiaomi has given its full effort and tried not to miss anything. Here you are!

There is no any specific date when MiPad will be launched, and the countries name has not been mentioned as well where this device will be available. In China, the Pre-Production launch will be in June when Xiaomi MiPad will be available for some selected users to test. It seems like, Xiaomi doesn’t want to hear any complaint after the launch, so they are so precautions.
