Long waited Android 4.3 Update for Sony Xperia came to end
Sony has mentioned in its blog that they have already started rolling Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) update for Xperia SP earlier this week, and starting from 13th February other models of Sony Xperia mobiles (Xperia TX, Xperia T, and Xperia V) are getting updates as well.

Sony Xperia mobiles already have power apps installed, but the users will be enjoying updated Battery Stamina Mode. The Android firmware update for Xperia SP is being rolled out with the build number 12.1.A.0.266. Now, users might say they have not received any update notification so far, and when they check, it always says your phone is up-to-date.
Well, the update will be available globally soon, at the moment the update has hit only Australia. You should be happy because there are some bugging reports as well. So if you hang on, you might get the fixed version. Sony was going to launch this update with downloadable camera and social media camera apps, but users are reporting they don’t have it. There is one more bug what has been reported that the light doesn’t sync with the music tune, and there is sound and volume bug as well. The reasons for those bugs might be that some users are forcing the device to update the Android version without getting any OTA update notification. So, if you wait for the OTA update that will be the best.
By the way, Sony Xperia SP users can also enjoy Android 4.4 Kitkat as well when they receive next update, but it’s still under investigation.
