HIghest Rated CEOs top

Glassdoor has announced the winner of its annual Employees’ Choice Awards, and revealed the top best CEOs across the North America and some other part of European Countries. The Winner has been announced based on Employees’ feedback. The feedback consisted some questions related to employer, work environment and whether they are happy with the job done by current CEO or not.

Employees’ Choice Awards includes 6 countries; United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France and Netherlands. This award included 50 highest rated CEOs with 1000 or more employees, and 25 highest rated CEOs with less than 1000 employees (US only).

United States : Large Companies

  1. Bob Bechek : Bain & Company – with 99% Employees Approval Rate
  2. Scott Scherr : Ultimate Software – with 99% Employees Approval Rate
  3. Dominic Barton : McKinsey & Company – with 99% Employees Approval Rate
  4. Mark Zuckerberg : FaceBook – with 97% Employees Approval Rate
  5. Jeff Weiner : Linkedin – with 97% Employees Approval Rate
  6. Marc Benioff : Salesforce – with 97% Employees Approval Rate
  7. Sundar Pichai : Google – with 96% Employees Approval Rate

In 2015, Larry Page claimed first position from Google with 97% employees approval rate. This year, Employees approval rate went down by 1%, and Google’s CEO Sundar Pichai holds the 7th position. Tim Cook ranked up from 10th (in 2015) to 8th position (in 2016). Scott Scherr claimed 2nd position this year compared to 5th position in 2015. There are some new entries in top 10 list that includes Bob Bechek, Dominic Barton, Jeff Weiner, Marc Benioff, Joseph R. Sivewright and Jim Whitehurst. Mark Zuckerberg remained on 4th position like last year.
