Meizu has recently made partnership with Mediatek, and confirmed to use Helio X25 in Meizu Pro 6. Helio X25 is an upgraded variant of Helio X20. Mediatek has developed Helio X25 with Meizu cooperation, and this chip will not be used by any other Smartphone manufacturer at the start. Meizu will be the only one to use Helio X25 for a certain period that may help company win more customers. Helio X25 would also feature 10-core, upgraded Turbo cluster and faster GPU.

Earlier Meizu was rumored to use Snapdragon 820 or Exynos 8890 CPU in its upcoming model, because they used Exynos 7420 in Meizu Pro 5. However, Meizu has made it pretty clear now, so there is nothing to be confused.

Meizu Pro 6 has been rumored to arrive in 2 variant, 4GB RAM + 64ROM, and 6GB RAM + 128GB ROM. Vivo XPlay 5 Ultimate is the first smartphone to arrive with 6Gb RAM, and then Vernee also announced Vernee Apollo Smartphone with 6GB RAM, and Now Meizu could be the another company to do so.

Meizu Pro 6 is expected to feature the same 5.7-inch AMOLED Display, but this time with 2560 X 1440 pixels resolution. Meizu could also use the large pixel in Meizu Pro 6 camera, and reduce the number of pixels. In terms of design it may look like iPhone 7, this is what these rendering images suggest that we spotted on Weibo.
