We posted an article earlier how Xiaomi Mi5 Antutu benchmark score surpassed 73K, and now we have a leak about the bigger version of Xiaomi Mi5. It is expected to be named as Xiaomi Mi5 Plus.
The rumor about Xiaomi Mi5 Plus was to feature Snapdragon 810 Chipset, but it seems Xiaomi has no plan to launch with that chip. Xiaomi Mi Note Pro was launched with Snapdragon 810, and now Xiaomi seems to have different plan for its high-end model. Meanwhile, you can have a look at these leaked images of Xiaomi Mi5 Plus.
You probably end up finding no changes in the design compared to Xiaomi Mi 4. Mi Logo, Camera, flash, 3.5 mm headphone port, Remote sensor, Volume and Power button stays at the same place as in predecessor. The back also has the same material and design used in Mi 4.
However, the MicroUSB 2.0 port has been placed in the middle now that used to be at the left side. There could be dual-speaker placed at the left and right side of USB port, but the image is not clear. Volume button has got little space (lower and upper side).
Xiaomi Mi5 Plus is expected to feature 4GB RAM, Snapdragon 820 chipset, Adreno 530 GPU, 5.7-inch 2K display, Finger Print Sensor, Gorilla Glass 4, 13/16 megapixels camera and MIUI 7 based on Android lollipop that is already found in Redmi Note 2.
