Samsung has unveiled 2 version of Galaxy S6, and like before one has the curved edge or you can say an edgeless smartphone, so that one is known as Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge. After lots of rumour Samsung has revealed it in Mobile World Congress, Barcelona. There is not any big difference in both the device except the curved display.

Design and Display

Both the device are equipped with 5.1 inches qHD display which has Super Amoled Screen like before. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge and Galaxy S6 both comes with the same resolution 2,560 x 1,440 pixels, 576 Pixels Per Inch. Both the device has Corning Gorilla Glass 4 as protection. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge features a curved display, but this edgeless smartphone curved part doesn’t do much and has no toolbar. The only feature it provides is to show the time and other data of interest.

Both the device has been wrapped in metal frame and has rounded corner. There is no much to say about design. The dimension of Galaxy S6 edge is 142.1 x 70.1 x 7.0 mm and Galaxy S6 measures as 143.4 x 70.5 x 6.8 mm. So you see that Galaxy S6 Edge is slightly thick and this is because of the curved thing, but Samsung has managed to keep it almost equal even with curve design. Samsung Galaxy S6 weighs 138 grams, but Galaxy S6 edge is 6 grams less and stands at 132 grams.

 Camera

The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge and Galaxy S6 both have the same settings for both cameras. The main sensor is located in the rear and is 16 megapixels. It is accompanied by a lens with bright aperture f / 1.9 and optical stabilizer, a key to low light photos and videos without the typical effect of “trembling”. It has an LED flash, autofocus, white balance detector, real-time HDR Pro mode and selective focus. It also records videos in UHD or 4K resolution (2160p) at 30 frames per second. If we reduce the resolution to Full HD, 1080p or 720p HD can climb frequency for videos with an effect of slow motion though also lets you save videos in fast motion . The front camera is five megapixels and carries a wide angle lens to cover a larger area, so selfies go well framed.
