Samsung Galaxy Active Neo has been scheduled for November in Japan, so you need to hold your horses if you want to have one. The hardware used for this device is good enough compared to its price, and it is strong enough to handle some abuses. It would not damage even it falls on concrete from 1.5 meter of height, that is almost a pocket-drop or purse-drop (in case of a lady).
Along with all the good things in Galaxy Active Neo, you will also get 100GB free OneDrive storage for 2 years. Since the time Google has announced unlimited free cloud storage for Photos and Videos, many users left using OneDrive, but it can still be useful to store documents.
