Huawei Honor 7 Plus was rumored earlier, and now a new Huawei Smartphone has gone through Tenaa Certification, and they listed the device with its full technical specifications. It showed up on Tenaa with KIW-AL20 code name, but the device has “honor” written on its back. So this would certainly be Huawei Honor 7 plus that has been in rumor for some months.
Huawei Honor 7 Plus Technical Specifications
As far as technical specifications are concerned, it doesn’t feature the same specs that was leaked. It showed up with an octa-core 1.5 GHz processor, but processor name is not mentioned. It should probably be Snapdragon 615. Rest of the tech specs are; 5.5 inches Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display, 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage (expandable with MicroSD up to 128GB), Finger Print Sensor, Camera combination is as 13-megapixel rear and 5-megapixel front, and it also has FM Radio.
There is one disappointment, that Huawei Honor 7 Plus would still run Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS. It’s been a couple of months now when Android 6.0 Marshmallow was launched, and Google has already started pushing Android 6.0.1. Huawei was rumored to launch Honor 7 Plus with Android 6.0, but it seems they will release update later.
