HTC E9s dual SIM model has been launched in Indian market, and the device is already listed on HTC’s official website. Some companies launch “S” model as high-end or improved version of older model, but HTC just launched a downgraded version of HTC One E9 that was released in May 2015.

HTC One E9 is available in various online stores priced between 30,000 to 35,000 RS ($464 to $541). However, HTC One E9s will be sold for 21,900 RS (around $339).
HTC E9s dual SIM Geekbench 3 Benchmark
HTC One E9s dual SIM model has gone through Geekbench 3 benchmark test today at 12:28 PM. It scored 726 in single-core performance and 3691 in multi-core performance. The score is better than Snapdragon 615 chipset, that is also an octa-core 64-bit processor. Mediatek MT6752M is slightly down (around 20-25 points) in single-core score, but much better (around 700 points) in multi-core score.
Price Comparison : HTC One E9s and Other some other smartphones in Indian Market
HTC One E9s is certainly a great mid-range smartphones, but there are many other smartphones that can be purchased in less price with better tech specs.
Xiaomi Mi 4 : Available on Flipkart.com. 16GB costs 15000 RS, and 64GB variant is price at 18000 RS. It also has a great design, better resolution, more battery power and performance, but it lack MicroSD card slot and features 5 inches display. Xiaomi Mi 4c is also much better compared to HTC One E9c, but not available in Indian market at this time.
Moto X : It comes for 20,000 RS, and again it wins in terms of performance. There are many other smartphones that can be purchased at lower price with better specs. However, HTC also comes with BoomSound, that is an added advantage for music lovers.
